These terms are an agreement between you and Velora Media Group LLC, which does business as Velora Media ("Velora Media," "we," "us," or "our"). They cover your use of veloramedia.cloud and its subdomains, and any service you buy from us, whether through our online shop, a written proposal, or a conversation that turns into an engagement.
If you are buying for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to agree to these terms on its behalf. If a proposal or statement of work that we have both signed says something different from these terms, the signed document controls for that engagement.
1. What we do
We design, build, and run marketing and AI automation systems for businesses. That includes websites, local SEO, CRM and lead capture, AI receptionists, missed-call text-back, review and reactivation campaigns, paid media management, content and AI video, analytics, and full business architecture. Our Services and Shop pages list what each package includes and what it costs.
2. Buying online
- Shop prices are in US dollars and are set by company size: small business, growing business, or established business. Choose the tier that fits your business.
- After you check out, we schedule a kickoff call to confirm the final scope. If what you need turns out to be bigger than the tier you bought, we will talk it through with you on that call.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your statement as VELORA MEDIA GROUP. We also accept Bitcoin and wire or ACH transfers by arrangement.
- Prices do not include applicable taxes.
- Advertising spend is separate from our fees. You pay Google, Meta, and other ad platforms directly from your own accounts.
- We may change our published prices at any time. A change never affects anything you have already paid for.
3. Monthly plans
- Monthly services are billed each month in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
- The Essential Retainer and the Growth Retainer have a three-month minimum. Other monthly services have no minimum term.
- Some monthly services include a one-time setup fee, billed with the first month.
- To cancel a monthly plan, email hello@veloramedia.cloud.
4. Your part
- Give us accurate information, the account access we need (for example domains, ad accounts, and CRM logins), and timely approvals and feedback. Delays on your side move our timelines.
- You are responsible for the products and services you sell and advertise, and for following the laws and platform policies that apply to your business.
- Calls, texts, and email: you confirm that the customer and contact lists you give us were collected with the consent the law requires, including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CAN-SPAM, and that you will complete any carrier registration needed for business texting (such as A2P 10DLC). On campaigns we run, we honor opt-out requests.
- Keep your own logins secure, and tell us when someone's access should change.
5. AI and automation
- AI receptionists, chat, text-back, and AI-generated content are software. They can misunderstand a caller or get something wrong. We set them up, test them, and tune them, and you approve the scripts and key responses before launch. Your business remains responsible for what it promises its customers.
- Where a law requires telling callers that they are speaking with an automated system, or that a call is recorded, we will build that in. You are responsible for following the rules wherever your business operates.
- AI-generated text, images, and video may not qualify for copyright protection everywhere, and similar output can be produced for other people using the same tools.
6. Third-party platforms
We build on and work inside platforms we do not control, such as Google, Meta, GoHighLevel, Stripe, Calendly, phone carriers, and your website host. Their terms apply to your use of them. Their changes, outages, price increases, policy decisions, and account suspensions are outside our control, and we are not responsible for them. If a change materially affects your system, we will tell you and help you adapt.
7. Who owns what
- You own your accounts, your data, and the automations we build in them. Your systems live in your name.
- Work we create specifically for you, such as website content, creative, and campaign builds, becomes yours once it is paid for in full.
- We keep our own templates, frameworks, methods, tools, and know-how, plus anything we made before or outside your project. Where any of these are part of your system, you get a permanent license to keep using them in your business.
- You give us permission to use the materials you provide, such as logos, photos, and copy, to do the work, and you confirm you have the right to share them.
- We will not name your business or publish your results without your permission.
8. Results
We build systems designed to bring in more business and convert it, and we report the numbers. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, leads, or revenue, because outcomes depend on your market, your offer, your team, and factors outside our control. Results mentioned on our site are examples, not typical outcomes.
9. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's non-public information private and use it only for the work. This does not apply to information that is already public, that the law requires us to disclose, or that we share with advisers or subcontractors who are bound to keep it confidential.
10. Using our website
- The content of our site, including its text, design, images, and the Service Investment Guide, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own reference. Please do not copy, republish, or resell it.
- Do not misuse the site. That means no attempts to break in or disrupt it, no automated scraping at scale, no spam through our forms, and no attempts to flood or misuse the AI receptionist.
- Our AI receptionist gives general information about our services. It can be wrong, and nothing it says is a binding offer. Confirmed prices and scope come from a person.
- Our blog and site content are general information, not legal, tax, or financial advice.
- Links to other websites are not endorsements.
- An internship application does not create an offer of employment. Any offer will be made in writing. Apparel manufacturing inquiries are quoted separately.
11. Warranties and limits on liability
We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, our services and website are provided "as is," and to the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to these terms or our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question during the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, for claims that arise from your products or services, the content and materials you give us, your contact lists and the consent behind them, or your breach of these terms, the law, or a platform's policies.
13. Ending an engagement
- Either of us may end an engagement with written notice. Monthly plans end as described in section 3.
- We may pause or end services if invoices go unpaid, or if the services are being used to break the law or a platform's rules.
- Fees for work already done remain due. When an engagement ends, we hand over the access, logins, and documentation for the systems that live in your accounts.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If a dispute comes up, email us first and we will both try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If that does not work, the dispute will be decided in the state or federal courts located in New York, and we both agree to that jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. If a change is significant, we will email our current clients before it applies to them. Signed proposals and statements of work keep their own terms.
